Two Eggs and Toast 

Build Your Own Omelette  

Your choice of three toppings. Served with bacon or sausage, home fries and toast.  

Training Day 

Four scrambled egg whites served with sliced tomato, avocado, fresh fruit and toast. 

Avocado Toast 

Smashed avocado, tahini, tomato, and arugula, topped with red pepper flakes and nutritional yeast on 12 grain. Served with a side of Sauerkraut, Kimchi or fresh fruit. 

Eggs Benedict

Two poached eggs on Canadian back bacon and English muffins topped with hollandaise. Served with home fries. 

Eggs Nilo

Two poached eggs on tomato and spinach topped with hollandaise. Served with avocado and fruit salad. 

Asparagus Benedict 

Two poached eggs on asparagus, strip bacon, rye bread and topped with hollandaise served with home fries. 

Breakfast Burrito

Scrambled eggs, chorizo sausage, jalapeños, three cheese blend, salsa, refried beans and rice in a soft tortilla. Served with sour cream and guacamole. 

Buddha Bowl

Roasted sweet potato, beets and seasonal vegetables topped with Sauerkraut or kimchi, avocado and pumpkin seeds. 

The Cure

Home fries with mushrooms, peppers, bacon. Topped with an egg and hollandaise sauce. 

Cake and Eggs

Two eggs, bacon or sausage, toast and two pancakes. 

Pancakes – add chocolate chips or blueberries 

Gingerbread Pancakes  – served with applesauce 

Waffles  – served with fresh fruit and whipped cream 

Loaded Oatmeal

Served with toasted walnuts, hemp seeds, sliced almonds and fresh fruit. Sprinkled with cinnamon.
